On 11th July at Hamilton aged 87 years.
Loved daughter of Charles and Catherine Walker (Both Dec).
Loving sister of Stuart (Dec), Heather (Dec), Margaret (Dec), Reg and John. Sister-in-law of Archie, Mary, Doug, Dugald and David Dearly beloved wife of Alexander McLachlan and Donald Black (Both Dec). Loved and loving mother and mother-in-law of Lynette and Chris, Rosemary and Jack; Karen and Peter. Cherished grandmother of Ashley and Lachlan, Cherrie, Sam, and Daniel; Shannan and Wayne; Melissa and Erin. Great grandmother of 15 grandchildren.
Merle, will be remembered at a private interment at the Branxholme Cemetery.
