Passed suddenly on 9 August 2026, aged 70.
Much loved husband of Karen.
Loving Dad of Troy and Jade.
Father-in-law of Amber and Sam.
Proud Pop of Laken and Ryker.
Gav’s life was filled with love, laughter, bikes, camping, shooting, country life and, most of all, the many wonderful family & friends he made along the way.
He lived life his way, with a big heart, a cheeky laugh and a love for the people and adventures that made life special.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Never forgotten.
A memorial service to celebrate Gav’s life will be held at 10:00am, Monday 24 August 2026, at:

We would love for anyone who knew Gav to bring along their bikes or classic cars to honour his passion and help celebrate his life.
Troy will lead a ride with Gav’s ashes from their home in Glenthompson – leaving at 8:30am sharp, anyone is welcome to join.
